Andrea Opavska is one of the most prominent personalities of contemporary dance. During the past decade she was a prominent figure of Lenka Vagnerova & Company. Her appearance in Gossip was nominated as one of the best performances by Thalia and her La Loba performance won her one of Edinburgh Fringe Festival's prestigious awards. I was aware of the gap that is growing between myself and my fellow dancers. Opavska performs in an ensemble says she started to consider whether this gap was a problem for people watching.
